What the tool accesses
With the account owner's permission, TOMEX scripts accesses Google Sheets and Google Drive files of the signed-in Google account. It works only with the company's own registers, invoices and transport documents.
How the data is used
The data is used only to run the company's own paperwork: updating the order register, saving invoice and document copies to Drive, and making backups. Documents may be processed with AI tools used by the operator to extract invoice data.
Sharing
Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not transferred to third parties, except as needed to perform the functions above. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage
The sign-in token is stored only on the company's computer. Files stay in the company's own Google Drive and Sheets.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
